Also AmeriMed will promptly start a project in Guanacaste, so in the future you will be able to use their services if necessary.

-The maximum area for construction is 15% of each lot.
-The minimum size of any construction should be 3500 sq ft
-Two levels are the maximum height allowed in any construction.
-Contemporary Architecture is a standard in the construction and mandatory.
-The designs will be done by the architects selected, and approved by Hacienda Vainilla´s Construction Commitee.
-Pets are allowed, unless their nature could attempt against humans or the property’s habitat.
-Nature will be preserved; no trees will be cut.
-Only “nature walls” will be permitted between properties. “Nature walls” will be able to have no more than 2.5 meters in height and every 10 meters there will be an open space of 1.5 meters.
- Every potential buyer will be submitted to a previous evaluation process.
